Co roku w drugą niedzielę czerwca odbywa się pielgrzymka do historycznego miasteczka Niagara-on-the-Lake na uroczystości organizowane w rocznice Czynu Zbrojnego Polonii Amerykańskiej i Kanadyjskiej, w ktorej biora udzial hufce Watra, Karparty i Pieniny.

The 100th Annual Pilgrimage to the Niagara-On-The-Lake Historic Military Cemetery of General Haller’s Recruits will be held on Sunday, June 11, 2017.

This annual pilgrimage to Niagara-on-the-Lake occurs on the 2nd Sunday of June, with a parade that pays homage to the all-volunteer Polish Blue Army, also known as Haller’s Blue Army.

This is a yearly pilgrimage to this historic site and the cemetery where 26 volunteers are buried. They were training at the Tadeusz Kociuszko Camp, for deployment to France in 1918. Due to an influenza epidemic they died before deployment to Europe but their souls are remembered each and every year by the Canadian Polish Congress and the Polish American Congress.
